Jakarta, March 11, 2025 – The President of the Indonesian Dispute Board (DSI), Prof. Sabela Gayo, held a high-level meeting with His Excellency Prof. Fekadu Beyene Aleka, Ambassador of Ethiopia to Indonesia, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in Jakarta. The meeting focused on promoting the use of DSI’s Mediation & Arbitration Clause and the utilization of DSI International Public Mediators to handle cross-border commercial disputes.
During the meeting, Prof. Sabela Gayo emphasized the importance of efficient and effective dispute resolution mechanisms in fostering international trade and investment. She encouraged H.E. Ambassador Aleka to consider utilizing DSI’s mediation services in cases where Ethiopian individuals or business entities in Indonesia are involved in disputes.
